Oh hai. I borrode yer glitterz. (thx Patrock!)

I’ll be there.

Dean rode 545 miles from SF to LA on AIDS/LifeCycle 7. He’s just one of 3000 cyclists and roadies who raised over 11 million dollars to fight AIDS. They’re my heroes.

On the road with 3000 nice folks this week. Check it out at http://aidslifecycle.typepad.com/alc7
Oh yeah, there’s boatloads of hot guys too.
If you’re wondering why there hasn’t been why there hasn’t been much new added to the web site in the last week and what I’m doing this week, check out http://experience.aidslifecycle.org. If you click on the podcast player, I’ll give you a rundown of what’s going on. My buddy Jeff is posting hundreds of great photos and we have some awesome bloggers riding and volunteering all day and writing after dinner.
It’s been a long week of 19 hour days already, and we’re not quite half way to LA, but it’s an amazing event and I feel privileged to be here, even though I’m missing my bear and my pups at home.
To hold you over till I can get back to posting stoopit sexy things to BGW, here’s a hot pic of my buddy Andy. He’s in the AIDS/LifeCycle 6 Day One Podcast if you want to hear his sexy voice too. If you want to support Andy and AIDS/LifeCycle, go to his rider homepage and make a donation.
I’ll have some more pics of some of the handsome fellers on the ride in the next few days.
Last fall, my buddy Andy (on the right in this pic) and I were having dinner and he said he wanted to work on AIDS/LifeCycle with me this year helping me do the podcasts. I told him he should just go and ride it. I did it back in ‘95 and it was an amazing experience. I promised him he’d love it.
Even though he didn’t have a bike, he decided to do it right then and there. He signed up, bought a bike and he’s been training for months now for the 545 mile, 7 day journey of a lifetime. I’m so proud of him and he’s having a benefit beer bust at the Edge in SF this Saturday afternoon. If there’s any way you can make it, please go and help support him. If there’s not but you’d still like to help him reach his goal of raising $7,500 to help fight AIDS and HIV, please donate whatever you can by going to his donation page.
Thanks!
