Last fall, my buddy Andy (on the right in this pic) and I were having dinner and he said he wanted to work on AIDS/LifeCycle with me this year helping me do the podcasts. I told him he should just go and ride it. I did it back in ’95 and it was an amazing experience. I promised him he’d love it.
Even though he didn’t have a bike, he decided to do it right then and there. He signed up, bought a bike and he’s been training for months now for the 545 mile, 7 day journey of a lifetime. I’m so proud of him and he’s having a benefit beer bust at the Edge in SF this Saturday afternoon. If there’s any way you can make it, please go and help support him. If there’s not but you’d still like to help him reach his goal of raising $7,500 to help fight AIDS and HIV, please donate whatever you can by going to his donation page.
Thanks!
